We are an independent coffee shop based on a family croft, located in the small village of Ashaig, Isle of Skye. We operate out of a converted shipping container with outdoor seating (some sheltered)

Coffee is where lean to all started. We have been passionate about the coffee industry for as long as we can remember. Currently we are serving up Birch coffee which is roasted locally by our friends up in Portree, Isle of Skye.

Not a coffee drinker, no worries. Hot chocolate? Honey soaked sticky chai? Ceremonial grade matcha? We got you!

Using the best ingredients we can get our hands on, we create simple yet delicious toasties, breakfast bowls and rotating specials. We always do our best to ensure there are vegan options.

It all starts with the flour, we only use organic flour, fair trade sugar and chocolate (Green and Black as standard).
