Welcome to the Glenalbyn bar here in the city of Inverness, in the highlands of bonnie Scotland.
From as far back as the 17th Century there has been an inn known as the Glenalbyn on the current site, and the current bar being rebuilt in traditional style in the 1950’s.
As with many other places in Scotland a very warm welcome is extended to locals and visitors alike in the Glenalbyn, and the phrase “Céad Míle Fáilte” (a hundred thousand welcomes) is certainly meant here.
There’s an extensive range of good Malt Whisky, a variety of beers and spirits to savour. There is a variety of entertainment on tap which includes live music, live sports to watch on TV, pool table, and not forgetting the great atmosphere in the bar and friendly bar staff.
