(Reservations taken with prepayment over the telephone if you are not staying with us ) Our delicious dishes are simply and elegantly prepared and served in our informal, cosy and intimate restaurant. We have an excellent and carefully chosen fine wine list, (over 70 Burgundies) having visited some of the vineyards from which we source our wine. You can enjoy an array of Highland gins and single malts and we serve incredible cocktails! Coruisk House is situated in the remote and stunningly scenic fishing village of Elgol on the Strathaird peninsula in south Skye.
