1 Review on “The Geographer”
Reviews and recommendations brought us to the Geographer, and we’re really glad it did. Maybe it was the long journey on the WHW, but we came in ready for a substantial meal. My husband and I both ordered burgers, and we agreed, those were the best hamburgers we’ve ever had. Tasty, juicy, seasoned and cooked just right. The service was efficient, and the young woman who took care of us was funny, friendly and made us feel welcome. We also had the pleasure of a few words with the manager(?)/ owner(?)/ man in the shirt that said “The Boss”. Again, funny, friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was so satisfying.
Note: If you go, there is no indoor waiting area. If you have to wait for a table, you do so on the sidewalk. Hint: It’s Scotland. It rains. Dress accordingly, and come with that understanding. Our experience was that this place turns tables very quickly. We arrived to a line of 10+ people ahead of us. We were seated within 15 minutes.
