Situated only a ten minute walk from the centre of Inverness, close to many Restaurants and Public Houses. All Tourist services can be accessed close by and arranged from Ardmeanach House.

All our Bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished to a high standard, all are en suite. You can choose from one of our 3 Doubles, 1 Twin, 1 Single and 1 Superior Double, The Rooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities. Freshly cooked Breakfast is available from 8 am until 9.30, earlier by arrangement.

We have free WiFi throughout the House and a  Residents Lounge and Dining Room is available for Guests use.

Tourist brochures and lots of  local information books to help plan your stay and some Games & DVD’s for those damp evenings! can be found in the downstairs areas. The House Private off street Car Park and all rooms have freeview TV’s.

Tours around the Highlands can be booked through the local tourist office in the town centre, we can provide help with this if required.

We can also help with Genealogy as I am a keen amateur genealogist having researched our family trees back to the late 1500’s!
