What This Will Cost You, and What to Expect:
This course is completely free! Spaces are limited, so please only register if you intend to come to most of the sessions. There will be no expectation to answer questions; you can just come along and listen, or get involved with group discussions. The course includes practical demonstrations and optional activities like creating a food diary and fitness plan. Everything is optional, and you can choose which parts are beneficial to you. There will be no exams or expectations to share personal progress. This is a great opportunity to improve your health in a supportive environment, so don’t miss out!
